On 17 December 2010, the Minister of Labour published four Bills, which were emailed to all members on 19 December 2010. The Bills propose wide-ranging, highly significant and, in certain respects, controversial amendments to our labour laws. The purpose of this Round Table Seminar is to allow discussion and debate around each of these Bills.
